Pasty and pie Cooking instructions

Your frozen pasties, pies and sausage rolls will cook perfectly straight from the freezer, do not defrost.

Firstly preheat your oven to 210 degrees Celsius. 

Medium pasty

Place your pasties on  silicone baking paper or a well-greased tray, glaze with egg, and place in the oven for 15 minutes

Reduce oven heat to 175 degrees Celsius for a further 40-45 minutes. Check on them and if they look like they need more time give them another 10 minutes or so.

 Large Pasty

Place your pasties on silicone baking paper or a well-greased tray, glaze with egg, and place in the oven for 15 minutes Reduce oven heat to 175 degrees Celsius for a further 50-55 minutes. Check on them and if they look like they need more time give them another 10 minutes or so.

   King size pasty

You may need an extra 15 minutes on top of this due to their enormous size 

Remove from oven and let them rest for  5 minutes as they will be very hot and they taste better when left a few minutes.

 Pasty pie

Place your pie on  silicone baking paper or a well-greased tray, glaze with egg, and place in the oven for 15 minutes

Reduce oven heat to 175 degrees Celsius for a further 60-65 minutes. Check on them and if they look like they need more time give them another 10 minutes or so.

 Egg and bacon pie

Place your pie on  silicone baking paper or a well-greased tray, glaze with egg, and place in the oven for 15 minutes

Reduce oven heat to 175 degrees Celsius for a further 40-45 minutes. Check on them and if they look like they need more time give them another 10 minutes or so.

Sausage Rolls

Place your sausage roll on  silicone baking paper or a well-greased tray, glaze with egg, and place in the oven for 15 minutes

Reduce oven heat to 175 degrees Celsius for a further  15 minutes.
