Pasty and pie Cooking instructions

Your cooked  pasties, pies and sausage rolls will cook perfectly straight from the freezer, if you choose to freeze down, do not defrost.

Always ensure pasties and pies are fully warmed through before eating

Medium pasty

Place your pasties on a tray and place in the oven at 160 degrees celcius for 45 mins from frozen or 25-30 if just chilled.

 

 Large Pasty

Place your pasties on a tray,  and place in the oven for 45-50 minutes if frozen or 35-40 if  minutes. Check on them and if they look like they need more time give them another 10 minutes or so.

   King size pasty

You may need an extra 15 minutes on top of this due to their enormous size 

Remove from oven and let them rest for  5 minutes as they will be very hot and they taste better when left a few minutes.

 Pasty pie

Place your pie on  a tray,  and place in the oven for 45 - 50 minutes or until piping hot

 

 Egg and bacon pie

Sausage Rolls

Place your sausage roll on a tray,  and place in the oven for 15- 20 minutes
