Cooking instructions

Your frozen pasties will cook perfectly straight from the freezer, do not defrost.

Preheat your oven to 210 degrees Celsius. 

place your pasties on  silicone baking paper or a  well greased tray, glaze with egg and place in oven for 15 minutes

reduce oven heat to 175 degrees Celsius for a further 50-55 minutes. check on them and if they look like they need more time give them another 10 minutes or so. King size pasties may need an extra 10 minutes on top of this due to their enormous size 

Remove from oven and let them rest for  5 minutes as they will be very hot and they taste better when left a few minutes.
