  1. Just had my first OVER THE TOP steak pasty best pasty I have ever had.
    All the pastry veg and meat perfectly cooked. A lot less pastry,which can be a concern if your on a diet.
    It beats my previous ones at Sarah's pasty kitchen Looe.

  2. Please to find your website, my mother a farmer's wife made pasties every wekk (or more frequently) al her life and right up until her death in 2014 at 87 and she top crimped them, lots of people have tried to tell me that side crimping is authentic.

    She always said (controversially!) that side crimping was "for shop bought pasties"!
