A traditional Cornish pasty with a luxurious twist.
We have taken our traditional Cornish pasty recipe and added luxurious Cornish Blue cheese.
You may ask why we use Cornish Blue, well after tasting many blue cheeses and stiltons we found the Cornish blue is rich and creamy not as strong as some stilton. It is also produced a short distance from us, which is a bonus.
These pasties are completely handmade, from the shortcrust pastry to the chopped, sliced, and layered meat and vegetables. Our, rather controversial, over the top Cornish crimp is also hand-crimped just how our grandmothers did.

finest beef skirt (tender and full of flavour) approx 20%
