This pasty recipe was given to us by one of our customers. He told us that when he was growing up his family often couldnt afford cuts of beef so his mother would use gammon instead as it was cheaper. We gave the recipe a try and it won us all over. The ingredients compliment each other perfectly.

These pasties are completely hand-made, from the short crust pastry, to the chopped, sliced and layered meat and vegetables. Seasoned by hand. Our, rather controversial, over the top Cornish crimp is also hand crimped just how our grandmothers did.
