A traditional Cornish pasty using chicken breast instead of steak, perfectly seasoned and very juicy.

These pasties are completely hand made, from the short crust pastry, to the chopped, sliced and layered  meat and vegetables. Our, rather controversial, over the top Cornish crimp is also hand crimped just how our grandmothers did.
