Imagine a Sunday roast in a pasty case, this is the Lamb pasty. Lovely tender lamb with layers of potato, swede, carrots and peas, all brought together with gravy and just a hint of mint..

Approx 9 inches long this pasty satisfy the largest appetite 

These pasties are completely hand-made, from the short crust pastry, to the chopped, sliced and layered  meat and vegetables. Our, rather controversial, over the top Cornish crimp is also hand crimped just how our grandmothers did.
