Delicious Pasty with a smoky barbecue flavour with creamy vegan mozzarella and Jack friut
Many of you may have heard about the legendary Jack Fruit, a fruit with a somewhat meaty texture. The fruit comes from southwest India and can weigh up to 35 kg.
We have used jackfruit and infused it with herbs and spices to create a distinctly smoky barbecue flavour. It sits on top of a mixture of vegetable and kidney beans, topped off with a creamy vegan mozzarella, perfect.

These pasties are completely hand made, from the short crust pastry, to the chopped and sliced vegetables, to the seasoning and rather controversial, over the top Cornish crimp.
