A traditional steak pasty with the addition of chicken breast and sliced chorizo
We use the finest Chorizo, we dont put little pieces in, we like it so you can taste it. Chorizo is basically a spanish sausage which works very well with chicken.
These pasties are completely hand-made, from the short crust pastry, to the chopped, sliced and layered meat and vegetables. Seasoned by hand. Our, rather controversial, over the top Cornish crimp is also hand crimped just how our grandmothers did.
