A few weeks ago, whilst listening to the radio we heard that Cornwall Air Ambulance was set to lose at least£1million pounds due to the COVID-19 outbreak and its effect on fundraising events. We decided wanted to help, the only way we could is via Pasty sales.

The Air Ambulance pasty contains the great trio of Cornish veg (potato, swede, and onions) an extra-large helping of tender beef skirt, little nobs of butter for richness, cracked black pepper, and aromatic white pepper all encased in crispy shortcrust pastry.
