Purchasing and delivery

purchasing from OTT Pasties is a simple and stress free way to get your pasty fix, simply add the pasty flavours you want to the shopping cart and checkout. There is a minum order of £24 or six large pasties. Delivery starts at £9.99

Our pasties are posted on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for delivery the following day, you will receive an email from us when they are dispatched. A signature will be required so please ensure some one is in as the pasties are perishable and refunds will not be given if you are not home to receive them.

Returns and refunds

No returns can be excepted unless there is a problem with the product.

 Refunds will only be issued if there is a fault with the product . Please note, missing your delivery would not be a reason for a  refund, you will be emailed the day before to inform you that your parcel will arrive.
